June 2025 vs February 2026 — 259 days, +8.2 lbs. Time to reverse this.
The Plan
The plan is simple. Four pillars, 100 days:
- Low fat diet — cutting the junk, keeping protein high
- 8 hours of sleep a night — recovery is where the magic happens
- Weight training — building and maintaining muscle
- Cardio — burning the fat that's covering the abs
